FISHING METHOD ------- Tip-ups and jigging
BAIT/LURES USED ------- Shiners, jigs
NOTES --------------------- What a day! The tip-ups never stopped we were so busy chasing flags we didn't have time to jig until after 4 PM. 2 dozen shiners were gone by 4 PM then we slammed them on jigs until dark. Perch Crappies, Large Mouth Bass, Pickerel and a 4.5 lb channel cat Bam landed on a tip up. What an awesome day. Thanks to Laurie and Joe at Dow's for the healthy bait.

CONDITIONS ------------- early snow / afternoon drizzle
AREA FISHED ------------- main lake points
WATER TEMPERATURE-- cold
FISHING METHOD ------- tipups, jigs
BAIT/LURES USED ------- shiners / small silver blue spoons
NOTES --------------------- Spent the am searching with cam. Love the look on fishes faces when they see it underwater. Picked up a few yellow perch on the tipups. Then during the afternoon watched a few large fish come up onto the shallow start of the point. A few walleye, large striper and perch. None were interested in eithier live bait or spoons. Hopin to get to that point one more time before ice out and try some other tricks.
