"Anchoring within 200' of the shore should removed from sectionN.J.A.C. 13:82-3.11(l), as it negatively effects not only fishing in Lake Hopatcong that is normally done closer to the shoreline. Furthermore, this proposed change would have a negatively effect on overall community as it would impact the Marinas in slip and boat rentals, and bait and tackle sales."

If you oppose this proposal from the Boating Regualtion Committee please email LPPMSB@gw.njsp.org attention: Edward Harrison Jr, Acting Chairman of Boating Reg. Comm.

Let Mr. Harrison know that you do not support the new 200ft anchoring proposal.
