DATE --- 3/24/19
TIMES --- 7:00am till 5:30pm
CONDITIONS --- partly cloudy and windy
AREA FISHED --- lakes end
WATER TEMPERATURE-- in the mid thirtys
FISHING METHOD --- jig-n-bobber
BAIT/LURES USED --- augertail grubs and small husky jerk
NOTES --- started out slow but the action picked up around 8:30am with good numbers of crappies and sunnies. the crappies ranged from 9 to 14.5" the sunnies were regular size for the most part. i fished jigs 35" below the bobber in 4.5 fow the crappies were just off the bottom and wanted the jig slow rolled with a twitch every now and then. the size of the crappies should pick up when the lake warms up a bit. the lake is filling up fast and the bigger fish should move in soon. i hope to get out on the north end of the lake soon. we are getting some warmer weather towards the end of this week and that should improve things a bit up there. tight lines to all that go out.
