Roger E. Steiger of Bartonsville, Pa., died Saturday, Jan. 10, 2004, at St. Luke's Hospital in Bethlehem, Pa. He was 64.

He was born in Garfield, and lived in the Landing section of Roxbury Township, before moving to Bartonsville, Pa., more than seven years ago.

He was the owner/operator for 30 years of Lake's End Marina in Lake Hopatcong.

He was a member of the Knee Deep Club and was active with Save the Lake, Clean-Up the Lake, and with stocking Lake Hopatcong.

He is survived by his wife, Pat (Fabian); one son, Greg of Denville; three daughters, Debby Steiger of Montclair, Patty Steiger of Hackettstown and Susan Moretti and her husband, John of Bartonsville, Pa.; and his mother-in-law, Barbara Horvath of Bartonsville, Pa.

Also survived by his three grandchildren, Brandon, Madison and Max.
