CONDITIONS ------------- not so hot, winds west 5-10

AREA FISHED ------------- edges of weed beds

WATER TEMPERATURE-- 77

FISHING METHOD ------- live line herring, jigging

BAIT/LURES USED ------- herring, mr. twisters

NOTES --------------------- Not too many boats to stir things up until after noon. I caught 5 smallmouths up to 17" and a couple of nice size crappie (dinner) as well as a bunch of bullheads on dead herring fished near the bottom. Lost a big fish on a dead herring that I suspect was a Channel Cat. Nice morning out.

NOTES --------------------- Had a few Crappie, Yellow Perch, Smallmouth and Smallmouth. Best fish of the day was Dave's 33inch Tiger Muskie that i am holding. Photo below

FISHING METHOD ------- anchored, live lining, casting

BAIT/LURES USED ------- herring, night crawlers, jigs

NOTES --------------------- Had a good day with the hybrid striped bass, got a bunch up to 4.5 lbs. Also did well with pan fish for dinner; perch white and yellow and some big blue gills. Also some big bullheads, one almost 2 pounds.

NOTES --------------------- Got out for another couple hours on John's boat. Landed a nice pickerel, a nice LM Bass and a Perch.

FISHING METHOD ------- Live lining and slip bobber

BAIT/LURES USED ------- Laurie's Herring

NOTES --------------------- Had a nice 3 hours of fishing. Got 5 Crappie, 2 of which were 1 Lb - 6 Oz. a 22" Pickerel, 4 decent Perch and a nice LM Bass. Then the "Yahoos" took over.
